We want you to love your Token Jewelry pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-stamped pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging to ensure it stays protected and tangle-free during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
